What We Do

Pretty Special Cakes is a custom cake studio in Ballarat East, specialising in buttercream wedding cakes, birthday cakes and celebration cakes. All our cakes are baked from scratch using premium ingredients, with house-made fillings and Swiss meringue buttercream. We also offer  fondant-covered cakes.

Our specialties include piped buttercream flower cakes, designer cupcakes, round and heart-shaped vintage style cakes and sculpted and bespoke fondant cakes. Our edible decorations are made in-house and by hand, unless otherwise specified, including fondant toppers and lifelike sugar flowers. 

We also offer complete dessert table solutions including regular and mini cupcakes, cake pops and cakesicles, designer royal icing cookies and house-made  French macarons.
